The definition of electronic non-woven fabrics: printing of non-woven fabrics is to use a variety of dyes or pigments to make a printing paste, to add some parts to the non-woven fabric and to obtain various drawings. In order to achieve the textile printing used in the processing method, it is called a printing process.

    Printing Electronic non-woven printing method: Printing method can be distinguished according to printing process and printing equipment, mainly from the following printing processes.

    1. Direct printing: The dye paste printed on a white cloth can also be printed on a light colored cloth. Dyes dyed on the dye paste can be dyed to obtain various drawings. The color of the printing dye has a certain color coverage and color mixing on the light ground. This is direct printing.

    2. Inkjet printing: It is a method of dyeing and printing on electronic nonwovens. Inkjet printing can obtain good color, clear appearance, exquisite picture, rich color effect, and also has the disadvantage of background dye when selecting constraints, and this printing cycle has a long cycle time and relatively high cost.

    3. Anti-dye printing: It is a method of printing and dyeing on non-woven fabrics. Chemicals that can be dyed with dyeing dyes can be placed in the printing paste prior to dyeing.

    4. Anti-printing: When all processing is completed in the printer, the printing method is called anti-printing.
